What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments are accepted securely through PayPal. Any information sent to me is strictly confidential.

What is your shipping policy?
Once an order is placed, please allow 3-5 days of processing time. All items in my store ship through USPS. Great care is taken in securing and protecting the items for shipment.
Once shipped, the customer will be notified. All orders include a delivery confirmation number.
Packages $500 and over will include a signature confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?At this time, Artworks by Aaralyn only ships within the United States.

What is your return policy?
Once items are shipped, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I value my customers and will do my best to address your concerns.

Do you accept commissions?
Custom cost depends on size of the custom as well as complexity of design.

When did you start creating customs?
I started creating customs in December of 2011 with the Disney Vinylmation mold. In May of 2012, I expanded to other platforms such as Munnyworld (Kidrobot) and Qee Bears.
